Estimates
Our computerized estimating system allows us to complete most estimates while you wait. In order to serve you as efficiently as possible, please call and we will be happy to schedule an appointment for your estimate. To assist in the claims process, we utilize all three major estimating systems employed by the insurance companies. This allows us to write your estimate using the same estimating system as your adjuster or insurance company representative. Our team of trained estimators will make sure that you receive a comprehensive damage estimate that will help you receive a complete quality repair.
Towing and Recovery
We offer 24 hour towing and recovery services and direct response to accident scenes within Richmond County, Columbia County and the North Augusta area. Whether you are out of town for business, vacationing, or visiting family, by request, our tow trucks will pick up your vehicle anywhere in the Southeastern United States with 24 hours notice.
Military Personnel
Our Front Office Manager, Bill Bowman, U.S. Army ret., knows how to get results. His military career allows him a special knowledge of the challenges faced by military personnel. As a result, our military customers benefit. We will work with you in all situations from training to transfers.
Payment Options
For those of you who don’t have insurance to cover repairs, don’t worry! In addition to cash, personal, business or insurance check, we also accept several major credit cards and offer a finance plan for qualified applicants.
